Docs44 Refund Policy
At Docs44, we strive to deliver exceptional digital documentation services with precision, transparency, and client satisfaction at the core. While we are confident in the value we provide, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- The document/service delivered was incomplete, defective, or significantly deviated from the agreed-upon requirements.
- You contacted us within 7 days of delivery to express concerns or dissatisfaction.
- You have not downloaded, used, or publicly shared the delivered files (for digital-only services).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The final document or service was approved, downloaded, or used in any official or public capacity.
- The request was made after 7 days from delivery without prior notice of dissatisfaction.
- The issue is based on subjective preferences when the service met all agreed specifications.
- You failed to provide adequate information or input needed to complete the service.
Revision First, Refund Second
We prioritize resolving issues through free revisions whenever possible. If you’re not happy with a deliverable, please give us the opportunity to make it right. Refunds are considered only after revision attempts have been exhausted or declined by the client.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect.
